Introduction
The Guidance Team at Belmont Academy have a key role to play in your child’s journey through secondary school. As your first point of contact, please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns regarding your child’s wellbeing or achievement during their time at school.
We are committed to ensuring that Belmont Academy provides a safe, nurturing and purposeful learning environment for all young people in line with our school’s values of Respect, Responsibility and Ambition. We work in partnership with all staff and external agencies to ensure universal and targeted support is in place when required.
Guidance staff have a teaching commitment to deliver PSE lessons across all year groups and develop courses to improve outcomes and life choices for learners.
